THE TIME HAS COME TO ABOLISH STRUCTURAL RACISM IN HEALTHCARE
The JUSTICE SQUARED initiative aims to equip and empower up to 12 multidisciplinary teams, each consisting of five healthcare/public health leaders and community champions, with the skills to confront and dismantle structural racism within healthcare systems. Over the course of two years, participants will undergo a transformative journey, focusing on leadership development, shared accountability, and equity-driven system change.

WHY WE’RE FORMING THE JUSTICE SQUARED COLLECTIVE
Even superheroes know that we can’t take on the really insidious, many-headed monster root problems, like structural racism, without working together. When everyday heroes across systems come together, powerful change is possible. We all hold a piece of the puzzle, especially those who are closest to the problems. We’re powered by all of us, and supported by Robert Wood Johnson Foundation with WE in the World as a national program office.

Together we’ll deepen the work of addressing structural racism in healthcare by shifting how we measure racism and how we remove racism from our measures, algorithms, and diagnostics.
Can you help? Calling in the JUSTICE SQUARED LEAGUE
This is the support system for JUSTICE SQUARED–not about the teams about who the teams will be supported by (coaches, racial healing practitioners, etc), which is a separate RFA. All the teams will not be about direct patient care either.
